Some positions being posted will be in anticipation of future needs, but most are presently available and are indicated by an actual estimated date or season. The available roles and responsibilities are usually listed under a specific position and some of these positions are anticipated. However, though they are listed as such, many can be acted upon and started immediately. Usually these roles and responsibilities will be small repetitive tasks and will be posted periodically on our site. It is our hope that through this process we will find capable and enthusiastic individuals to fill the primary positions once they become available. Our most pressing and urgent need is for individuals proficient in converting thought, through audio and/or direct communication, to succinctly presented text. Additionally, the individuals must be capable of rewriting portions of documents in a timely manner. Our editors style of writing must be easily understood, accurate and most importantly, unique to the particular business being presented. The editor position is permanent and ongoing. All text, including these position descriptions, need to be written, and in most cases rewritten by the individuals that fill this position. Our editor must always be properly personifying Our Identity and the identity of our clients. Our primary editors must be able to adequately lead an entire editing crew, while properly exemplifying a standard of proficiency. A willingness to help lead and follow the Principles & Practices governing this position is fundamental. Compensation depends upon specific roles and responsibilities and is initially in accordance with the agreed upon piece work rate. From these individuals we will eventually choose our lead Editor. This position will be a salaried position with bonuses. Bonus amounts will be based upon the amount of work The Proficients Project accomplishes each quarter/season as a company. |

w Ability to quickly complete assignments with minimal notice on an exclusive, repetitive basis. |
